I'm a developer who ended up in a research lab. I spent my early career shipping web products at NAPA GLOBAL, and I now spend my days at Chonnam National University applying AI to the medical field — drug discovery, Alzheimer's research, and brain age prediction.
These days that means straddling software engineering and medical AI — writing pipelines that hold up in production, and staying honest about what a model actually knows versus what it's guessing at.
I use this site as a notebook as much as a portfolio — essays, research notes, and yes, some of it gets written by my own AI agents through an MCP gateway I built. When something clicks in a Claude or ChatGPT chat, I have it pulled out and posted here.
